The Canon Pixma MX700 is a sharply designed All-in-One printer that has the ability to connect to a network. This machine has four separate Canon Pixma MX700 ink cartridges, each providing their own color - cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. The CMYK configuration will give printouts brighter and more vibrant color tonality for images that really stand out. The color LCD Display and Control Panel Interface also make this device extremely easy to use without a computer or PC.
This machine can print, scan, copy, and fax important documents, photographs, and projects with extremely fast speeds and superb quality output. The Canon Pixma MX700 can produce up to 30 monochrome pages per minute and up to 20 color pages per minute on draft mode settings. When adjusting the formatting to photograph quality output, printouts can have resolutions reaching up to 4800 x 1200 dpi, to capture every detail.
The Flatbed scanner utilizes a contact image sensor to pick up resolutions as high as 2400 x 4800 dpi. When replicating or producing a copy of a scan, the image can be increased or decreased from 25% to 400% of the original size. The scanning sensor will be able to capture images on media ranging up to 8.5 x 11 inches in size, which is the size of a standard letter or plain piece of paper. The Canon Pixma MX700 ink cartridges can also print to the edge of media for borderless printouts in a number of select sizes.
Being able to produce photographs, the Canon Pixma MX700 contains compatible media card interfaces for CompactFlash cards, microSD cards, SD Memory Cards, SDHC, Memory Sticks, Memory Stick Pros, MultiMedia Cards, Microdrives, miniSD cards, Memory Stick Duos, RS-MultiMedia Cards, and xD-Picture Cards. This allows users to plug their camera's media cards directly into the machine and select the images or pictures to be printed with the accompanying control panel. Having a 1.8 inch color LCD Display lets users preview and format images for last minute touchups without the need of a computer or PC.
The Canon Pixma MX700 ink cartridges combined with the Auto Image Fix feature will ensure true-to life photograph printouts every time. The DCG Processing technology will significantly reduce the time spent starting the first printout and printing multiple pages. Fax transmissions can also be sent and received quickly with the Super G3 faxing modem capable of reading data at 33.6K bps, taking each black and white page around 3 seconds to print.
